Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands, Fernstone Retreat is the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural elegance. Surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, it feels like a magical hideaway where time slows down and memories are made. From the cozy stone cabins to the twinkling lights in the trees, every corner is filled with warmth and character. It’s not just a venue—it’s an experience. Whether you’re soaking in the peaceful scenery or dancing under the stars, Fernstone is where we celebrate our 'forever', and we can’t wait to share it with you!

It all started with a swipe! We matched on Tinder and went on our very first date on April 1st, 2022. Little did we know, that was the beginning of something truly special.

Our Story

Not long after, we welcomed two adorable kitties into our lives

That summer was unforgettable—filled with adventures, laughter, and love, including the moment we dropped the "L Bomb" while camping at Tall Oaks.

We rang in the start of 2023 together and embraced spring on the Kurdish/Persian New Year

2023 came with its share of challenges, but it only strengthened our bond. By year’s end, we found our groove again and celebrated our second Christmas surrounded by family, and rang in the start of 2024 wishing for better years together.

Then came April 1st, 2024— a beautiful day!

On the way to celebrate our second anniversary, Rezwan tied some grass, wishing for a lovely future and a lovely Hamsar. She had no idea her wish was soon coming true!

Life continued to blossom as we moved into our first house a month later. That Christmas, we signed affirmations of our commitment at the Easton courthouse.

Now, here we are, planning the Big Celebration with all of you—the people we love most!

We can’t wait to share our joy, our cultures, and our love story with you on this unforgettable day.

Ceremony & Reception Details

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Fernstone Retreat, surrounded by nature's beauty.

Ceremony will be at 4PM on Saturday 25th followed by the reception at the pavilion.

Welcome Dinner

We will be happy to have you on Friday 24th for a dinner at Fernstone!

Details will be sent via email a couple weeks prior to the wedding.
